Spaces are intentionally kept small to ensure a calm and supported experience.
What to Expect
This four-hour guided experience invites you to slow down, arrive in the present moment, and reconnect with yourself.
You will be gently guided through:
- Grounding, breathwork, and body awareness.
- A mindful pebble art creative process.
- Reflection, journalling, and optional sharing.
- A calm, supportive, and gently held space.
You’ll leave with a framed piece and a message of self-compassion to carry with you.
