Reserve your space

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep each From Heart to Hands session calm, supported, and personal.

To book, simply reserve your space below. Your place will then be held for 48 hours.

How booking works

1. Reserve your space by emailing us: Your place is held for 48 hours.
2. Receive payment details by email: You’ll receive all payment details and next steps by email. Please do check your junk or spam folder just in case.
3. Confirm your place: Payment is completed within 48 hours to secure your booking. If payment is not received within this time, your space will be released for someone else.

Important information

• All materials are provided.
• No creative experience is needed.
• Spaces are intentionally small for a calm group experience.
• This is a guided, supportive session led by a qualified counsellor.
• Your space is only fully confirmed once payment is received.
