Is this therapy?

This is a guided, therapeutic experience, but it is not therapy or counselling. It is a guided space that integrates embodied awareness, mindfulness and creative practice, held by a qualified counsellor.

What if I feel nervous in groups?

This is a small, gently held space designed to feel safe and unpressured. You are welcome to participate at your own pace, and there is never any expectation to share.

What is pebble art?

Pebble art is a mindful creative process using natural materials such as stones and textures to create simple framed compositions. It is intuitive, calming and accessible to everyone.

What should I bring?

Everything you need is provided. You may wish to bring snacks, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable.

Is this suitable if I am feeling emotionally overwhelmed?

This experience can feel supportive during times of emotional heaviness, as it is designed to gently regulate and ground. However, it is not a substitute for clinical support if you are in acute distress.
